Santa Cruz School is a Catholic Elementary School sponsored by Santa Cruz Parish, grades PreK – 8.  Santa Cruz participates in the Federal Lunch Program, offering lunch daily.

Faculty:

All teachers are State certified, over 50% holding at least one advanced degree.Santa Cruz School has one guidance counselor, one librarian, one physical education teacher, and one art and music teacher.

Students:

Santa Cruz student/faculty ratio is 19:1                                                               80% of eighth grade graduates attend a Catholic High School.

Accreditation:

Santa Cruz School is accredited by the Western Catholic Education Association and meets the standards of the State of Arizona and the Diocese of Tucson.

Based on a family’s ability to pay.

Curriculum:

Santa Cruz offers a rigorous curriculum that meets or exceeds the requirements of the State of Arizona and the Diocese of Tucson   Religion is taught in each grade daily. Students attend Mass once a week

Co-Curricular:

Santa Cruz offers an after-school sports program for grades 4 -8 that participates in the Diocese inter school sports league.                                        Fine arts performances include annul productions in drama, music, and choir.
